Privacy notice
This notice explains how exottels.online is used during authorized phishing simulations and security awareness training.
Last updated: 24 July 2026
Purpose and scope
Participating organizations use SecurityRing to conduct approved exercises for their workforce. This domain delivers simulation landing experiences, template-specific learning content, and training interactions associated with those exercises.
Information processed
Depending on the exercise, SecurityRing may process:
- Campaign and recipient identifiers represented by secure training tokens.
- Exercise events such as message opens, link visits, simulated form submissions, training completion, quiz responses, and phishing reports.
- Technical request details such as date and time, browser user agent, source IP address, and automated-scanner classification.
Simulated forms record that a submission occurred. The tracking endpoint is designed not to retain passwords or the values entered into those forms.
How information is used
Exercise data is used to deliver training, measure awareness outcomes, improve organizational security programs, prevent misuse, and maintain the reliability and security of the service. It is not used to send unrelated consumer advertising from this domain.
Organizations, access, and retention
The organization sponsoring an exercise determines its participants and authorized administrators. Access and retention are governed by the organization’s SecurityRing configuration, applicable agreements, and legal obligations. Service providers may process limited data where necessary to operate and secure the platform.
